This is a new twist on an vegan chocolate cupcake recipe. I doubled this recipe and added my homemade rose infused chocolate powder instead of regular cocoa powder. I also added about 1.5 to 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. The result was a truly decadent, moist, and delicious treat.
