So, i’ve been “missing” for over a year. Well i’m back to post a recipe.

We’ve moved way across the country from the west coast to the east coast and right in the midst of the biggest snow store since the 70’s it seems.

Here’s a quick pictorial of some potato soup i put together for my family because it gets VERY cold on the east coast, especially during the winter.
