Fake Creme Fraiche

So I was trying add a cream like filling to some yummy crepes I made last night.  Typically when I make crepes I’ll add any fruit to them I may have on hand.  Well last night I wanted to try something different, instead of just the usual cooked fruit feeling.  So here’s my take on “creme fraiche.”

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole sour cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Add sour cream and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and whip by hand using a wire whisk until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth and cream like.  Voila “creme fraiche” in an instant.  Enjoy!!
